You also have access to what so many mothers deeply need for growth - a space to share your truth, your feelings, listening partnerships, community, support and space holding. We often don't have villages of support. This group can become a part of the village you need.

I deeply believe Conscious and Connected Parenting with a focus on SAFETY is the the foundational healing work our world needs for emotional wellbeing. It is focused on you, the parent. Because all the parenting strategies in the world do not work unless you have the ability to truly listen and process your own emotions, feel safe, know how to regulate your nervous system and understand the importance of healthy emotional release.

As a Parent Coach, trained and certified by Jai Institute of Parenting, my guiding philosophy is based on this truth: Children’s behavior is a direct reflection of their needs (met or unmet) and our triggers (expressed consciously or unconsciously). When parents change, children’s behavior changes. So we provide a deeply transformational experience for parents first.

In my program, I show you how to transform your unconscious actions - such as shaming, yelling, punishments, fears and high expectations - by shining a spotlight on them. From here, you make the unconscious conscious. This is where true transformation happens. Conscious parenting is the process of becoming aware of what your reactions are in order to make a conscious choice to change them.

  • Module One

    Welcome and Orientation: Setting the container

    We will:

    Making Sense of Attachment Science

    We explore your generational patterns of connection and relational safety. How we parent, ourselves, and our children, is an inheritance-passed down from generations before us. We will not make your history nor your present bad, or wrong. We will name it for what it is, and make a commitment for what you’d like it to be moving forward.

  • Module Five

    Making Sense of Nervous System Science

    The physiology of parenting is the cutting edge of understanding our internal world as parents, and the internal world of our children. With understanding, comes regulation. With information, comes internal safety. We must know the ins and outs of our nervous system so we can support our children’s budding nervous system.

    YOU WILL LEARN:
    - All behavior is our best attempt to meet this one core need: SAFETY
    -How to be your child’s Safe Harbor by becoming your own Safe Anchor

    Making Sense of Mindsight and Brain Science

    Growing your awareness and guiding you towards a Secure Attachment, we will move into understanding the power of the mind.

  • Module Seven

    Making Sense of Emotional Intelligence

    The heart of Conscious Parenting is understanding how our physiology, brain, and emotions work together. Understanding Emotional Intelligence provides both the parent and the child with inner and outer freedom to live whole, full lives together.
